Information note on the processing of personal and sensitive data as per Art. 13, D.Lgs 30 June 2003, no 196
The following information note fulfils the requirements laid down in Italian Legislative Decree (D.Lgs.) no. 196/03 (the Privacy Act) which, pursuant to art. 13 requires that concerned parties be informed concerning the processing of their personal data.
Purposes of processing:
The data you have provided at the service activation or any time during the service processing is collected and used within the limits set by law, with the purposes of provisioning our services only.
We keep regular business records that may include the following personal information about you: your name, address(es), date and place of birth, job position and date of hiring, marital status, telephone number(s), driver’s license or state-issued identification number, and any other information which, from time to time, can be required by public or private offices for the purpose of processing your application.
We will use this information only to process your applications filed with public or private offices. Any other use whatsoever must be previously authorized by you in writing.
Data processing methods used:
The treatment will be done using modern technology systems.
Your data is processed with or without the use of electronic systems; in the former case, such computer systems are equipped with suitable safety measures to prevent the loss, unlawful and improper use of your data or unauthorized access.
Solely for the purposes of provisioning our services, your data might also be notified to the public and private offices involved in the service delivery.
Nature of the data provision:
The provision of your personal data is mandatory to permit the delivery of the service required. The refusal to give your data could cause the partial or total impossibility to deliver the service required.
Pursuant to Article 7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003, at any time it is possible to obtain information from the data processors concerning the processing of your data, the methods and purposes of the processing and the applied logic.
You may exercise these rights according to arts. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of D.Lgs 30 June, n. 196 by writing to the data controller or data processors.
