Thanks to an over time experience in relocating, A&P offers a 360° support to employee and family members transferring to Italy, the goal is to make the whole process as easier as possible, in order to avoid the so called “cultural shock” which is likely to arise when leaving the native country.
Starting from an accurate preselection of living units matching the requirements given by the employee, A&P offers a step-by-step support at any stage of the relocation process. Further to make the whole process smoother, this allows a sensible time saving.
Here below, the core relocation services provided by A&P
- Orientation day, a whole day tour on the occasion of which the employee, personally accompanied by an A&P consultant, is enabled to acquire an overview (practical and not only theoretical) on the local peculiarities. The employee will be delivered a brochure covering useful information and contacts as well as historical and cultural information on the adopting town. The goal of this tour is to orient employee’s expectations to the real local distinctive features.
- Strict and constant contacts between relocation manager and employee in a view, for our relocation manager, of learning as much as possible about employee’s life habits and house expectations. To this concern, the employee will be invited to fill in a detailed questionnaire. The goal of this step is to preselect houses matching at best employee’s expectations and real local opportunities.
- House Hunting day, a whole day tour on the occasion of which the employee, personally accompanied by the relocation manager, will visit the preselected houses.
- The employee and his/her family will chose the most suitable house, according to his/her taste and expectations.
- Drawing up fo the rent agreement and English translation, Safety deposit payment as confirmetion of the choosen made, delivery to the new tenant of the information sheet according to the law in force as to the split of the management costs between landlord and tenant;
- Opening of the utilities (Gas, Water, Power, Garbage) as well as phone, internet, satellite connection following a mail with the possible updated offers from the different providers;
- Planning of the removal and check in in the new house;
- Help Line: an every day phone support and in case physical presence of an employee from A&P for occasions which require an Italian speaking person.
DEPARTURE PROGRAM
Support in all the procedure linked to the departure from the country of the employee and his family. Sending of the notice for the cancellation of the rent contract, cancellation of the utilities contract, application for the “Seguimi” Service at the post office, to re-address all your couriers headed to the employee and his/her family to our office, so that any important communication, also after your departure, will be lost.
