- Check In: meeting on the moving-in day to help with the inventory and to pass on other information regarding the house
- Orientation day: one day dedicated to the future social life (sports, recreation, etc.)
- A 3 months Help Line Support
- Departure Programme: property’s Check-out, closure of utilities contract and activation of bureaucratic departure procedures
