Legal advice

Arletti & Partners follows all aspects of international and Italian labour law regarding the global mobility of an individual. We offer assistance in issuing the appropriate employment contract including an "expatriate clause" or advising on the contractual type to use for different temporary assignments abroad (transfer/secondment). We grant compliance to the European and International laws, advising on the different social security agreements and European laws regulating pension schemes, health insurance and social security contributions.

Tax consulting
Arletti & Partners provides tax consulting on any fiscal aspect of the employee’s change of residence. We give an all-inclusive consulting action: from the annual tax return filling to the individual tax consulting on any issue that might arise.

Immigration Services
Arletti & Partners supplies immigration services by supporting the employee on any immigration bureaucracy and practicality, such as visa, work permit, stay permit, family cohesion applications, tax identification number, residency registration, health insurance card, and so on.

Relocation Services
