Certificate of Full Membership Eura 2012 – Studio Arletti & Partners

Citizens who decide not to receive commercial phone calls, can have  the possibility to get register afterwards into the “Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni”. This is a specific service created by the Italian Ministry of the Economic Development “Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico” in order to protect citizens living on the Italian territory and holding one or more phone numbers, on the basis of the Decree of the Italian President n. 178 of 7^th September 2010.

Subscribers can be corporations, organizations, corporate bodies or private citizens whose phone number/s is registered  in the public telephone books.

The subscription is free of charge and has no expiry,   unless deciding to cancel it from the Register.

If you are not subscribed,  you cannot take advantage of the service.

There are five possible ways to carry out the subscription:

1. Filling out the E- form available on the website: www.registrodelleopposizioni.it
2. Emailing the Register at abbonati.rpo@fub.it
3. Calling the toll-free number 800.265.265
4. Sending a recorded letter
5. Faxing the request over to 06.54224822

Clicking on the following link https://abbonati.registrodelleopposizioni.it/abbonati.jk/manage_users.jsp you will find the E-form that needs to be filled in with your personal information.

Send an Email to the address abbonati.rpo@fub.it after filling in the form that you will find in the attached Pdf file.

Calling the tool- free number 800.265.265 you will talk with an operator who will ask your personal information:

-       Surname and first name

-       Place and date of birth

-       Tax code

-       Email (Optional)

After you filled in the form available in the attached file, you will need to send it together with a copy of your identification document to the following address:

1. 4. Fax

Filling in the form available in the attached file, you will be able to send a fax together with a copy of an identification document.

After the subscription you will be able to check on your own the confirmation of the request on the website www.registrodelleopposizioni.it clicking on “Area Abbonato” and then “Cosultazione Stato”. In this area you will be required the following information:

-       Phone number

-       Fiscal Code

-       User code

The “user code” will be sent to you per email after the subscription. In case you won’t receive any email, you can call the toll- free number 800.265.265 or send an email to abbonati.rpo@fub.it asking  for your user code and finally check your subscription.
